Cute/sexy cat face lingerie is equal parts adorable and NSFW

The land of Internet craft marketplace Etsy is certainly a strange one. Like the decrepit flea market down the road that always smells strangely of boiled cabbage and sawdust, even just dipping your toes into the wonderfully bizarre world of Etsy can reveal both valuable hidden craft gems and creepy paintings possibly made by a serial killer.

You’ll also find no shortage of clever, high quality craft goods that mash together seemingly incongruous themes in interesting ways. Like, hey! How about this cute/sexy cat face lingerie that’s sure to make your significant other conflicted about whether or not they should be aroused.

From the front, this cute undergarment, offered over at the Etsy page of creator knickerocker (get it?), looks mostly just like a regular pair of panties. But, viewing from behind reveals an adorable kitty face, complete with floppy ears sewn into the waistband.

ling3

You’ll also notice above that the, ahem, rear is decidedly transparent, letting ladies both offer an exciting glimpse beneath to their significant other and confuse their house pets by shaking their posterior at Mr. Buttons.

ling2

Not into cats? Knickerocker has you covered with a teddy bear version of the lingerie. Is your partner turned off by overly sexy animal-themed lingerie? No problem! There are also fox, raccoon, and cat versions available sans butt window, and even a matching kitty top!

Shoko Hamada is a seven-year veteran of Japan’s gurabia industry, the subsection of the modeling world focused on women in swimwear and other skimpy outfits. In youth-obsessed Japan, she’s at an age where it wouldn’t be at all odd for her to be retiring from her line of work, but last month the 29-year-old Hamada was announced as the central figure in newly minted gurabia unit gra-DOLL.

But with so many gurabia idols filling the Japanese media landscape, Hamada and her cohorts needed to do something special to stand out and get the attention any new endeavor needs. Dressing up in Sailor Moon lingerie should do the trick.

In September, Japanese lingerie brand Peach John rereleased its line of bras and panties based on the magical girl anime, and Hamada snagged herself a crimson Sailor Mars set.

Instagram Photo

But with much of Sailor Moon’s popularity stemming from its ensemble cast, it wouldn’t make sense for Hamada to pose alone. Instead, a couple of her gra-DOLL teammates joined her for a little pre-Halloween cosplay dress-up.

The choice of specific Sailor Senshi is a little puzzling, though. Sure, Sailor Moon is the main character, and Mercury and Mars are the first two companions to join her in protecting humanity from the evil forces that threaten it. But why suddenly jump to Sailor Saturn, bypassing the chronologically earlier Sailors Jupiter and Venus, as well as the comparatively more popular Sailors Uranus and Neptune?

Instagram Photo

The answer might simply be a lack of availability. Peach John’s Sailor Moon lingerie tends to sell out very quickly, and the fact that only four of gra-DOLL’s eight members show up in the photos suggests the group couldn’t get all the anime undies it wanted. As a matter of fact, look closely and you’ll see that the “Sailor Mercury” lingerie in the photos is different from the others, suggesting that it’s not the official version from Peach John.

Don’t worry, though. We won’t judge you if you were too distracted to notice.

Feast creates bras for petite “Cinderella busts,” draws attention for upcoming My Melody lingerie

Are most bras too large or just uncomfortable for you? You may want to check out Feast and the upcoming line of My Melody and Kuromi lingerie!

It’s no secret that Sanrio is open to collaborating with just about anyone. While Hello Kitty is famous for being incapable of turning down a job offer, she’s not the only one whose face pops up in surprising places. This time, the adorable bunny My Melody and her clumsy rival Kuromi will be the ones showing up where least expect them: On lingerie!

According to the above tweet from Gomi Hayakawa, Feast CEO and fashion designer, her company will be releasing a new line of lingerie in collaboration with Sanrio. The designs will feature the faces of the cute rabbits My Melody and Kuromi and will be available for preorder online on December 6. Hayakawa also hints at possible tails on the “butts” of the panties, which might just be the cutest thing we’ve heard of today!

Feast, which started operations last year, is a lingerie brand for women with “Cinderalla busts” (generally bust sizes between AAA and A cup) and was started by Hayakawa after entering university when she was only 19 years old. Her bras are designed to be comfortable and cute without adding wires or padding.

As for Hayakawa’s inspiration for the company, she has explained in interviews that she set out to do what large companies cannot. Since most big manufacturers are trying to minimize costs, they mass-produce, resulting in limited size selection, which means people can’t always find a comfortable fit. Since Feast is a small company, mass production isn’t really possible, so all Hayakawa can do is produce items that feel right. And considering the explosive success she’s had, it seems like she’s on the right track! Of course, specialty items don’t come cheap, but it seems that most of her customers are just happy to have bras that are comfortable to wear.

You can purchase Feast products from the company’s online store, which offers international shipping. Pricing information for the My Melody and Kuromi lingerie has not be released yet, so you’ll have to keep an eye on the store and official website if you want to order!

Panties, kimono, and loincloths converge in these femininely fashionable undergarments.

We’ve had our minds on samurai-style threads recently, with the release of haori half coats and hakama chino pants. But while those were both modern takes on traditional Japanese garments for men, today we’re looking at a new bit of Japanese-inspired fashion for women with kimono panties.

Technically, each of these undergarments is listed as a funty, which also happens to be the name of their manufacturer. A combination of “fundoshi” (Japanese for loincloth) and “panty,” Funty’s funties tie up on the right hip, for a relaxing fit that breathes well.

The company’s newest line, Venus-Kimono, is made with pure silk for even more luxurious comfort, and consists of three patterns. Plum features red plum blossoms on a plain white field, bringing to mind the snowy conditions that sometimes remain when the flowers bloom each February in Japan.

The Red model is the most understated of the Venus-Kimono offerings, with a simple vermillion sharkskin-like pattern.

Finally, Flower’s delicate pattern has a variety of flora adorning the funty.

All three designs are priced at 7,800 yen (US$65) and can be ordered here through the Funty online store.

All tied up: Are these naughty bows the perfect “gift” for Valentine’s Day?【NSFW】

Carry on the Christmas spirit of gift-giving and start planning for Valentine’s Day early with this naughty outfit.

BlueBella ‘Unwrap Me’ Body Bow has been put up for sale on the online marketplace Buyma at a price of 7,500 yen (US$64) including domestic shipping. It’s originally from ASOS.com in the UK where it sold for just £16 (US$23), although it’s now completely sold out.

Despite the huge markup, the Japanese listing seems to think it’s a price worth paying as it excitedly suggests delivering yourself to your lover in a giant box and popping out of it wearing only this. That plan could be the perfect way to show your significant other just how much you love them, but on the other hand, it could all go disastrously wrong when you realize that your box is tightly sealed and the intended recipient isn’t going to be home for a good while—when you emerge (or rather are removed) from the box hours later, by then a sweaty, dehydrated mess, the physical act of love may be the last thing on your mind…

▼ Whatever you do, you’ll probably get a good reaction since you’ll be appearing in a state of considerable undress.

present02

▼ Close-up front view. On Buyma the costume is classed as “women’s underwear”, although it seems a little impractical for day-to-day wear.

present01

▼ Back view. This doesn’t strike me as the most comfortable outfit, but sometimes sacrifices must be made for the sake of sexy fashion.

present03

Would you wear this? Or would you like to see your other half wearing it? Do you think we should get one of the RocketNews24 crew into one? After all, they’ve already made public their penchant for partial nudity and tooth-floss masquerading as undies.

Japan’s Underboob Angel shows off body and design skills with self-made underboob bra

UB 1

They don’t call Saya Kataoka the Underboob Angel for nothing.

Japan’s gurabia modeling world, which focuses on women dressed in skimpy swimwear and lingerie, can be a crowded place. As such, it’s important for would-be gurabia stars to differentiate themselves from their many rivals, and 22-year-old Saya Kataoka has earned the nickname Shitachichi Tenshi, or Underboob Angel.

However, there’s more to Kataoka than just a pretty smile and a shapely figure. She’s also a graduate of Tokyo’s Bunka Fashion College, and thus knows a thing or two about garment design. The Kanagawa native recently showed off a piece of intimate apparel she made all by herself by sending out the following tweet.

Kataoka somewhat confusingly refers to her creation as a “lingerie swimsuit,” so it’s not entirely clear if it was designed to be shown off in the bedroom or on the beach. Either way, though, it’s a fitting choice for the Underboob Angel, as it’s designed to show off the specific part of the physical asset that the model is best known for.

In case you’re not already looking closely, those aren’t patches of beige fabric on the outer and lower sides of the chest. They’re cutaway openings, meant to expose two extra fields of flesh.

Along with the photos, Kataoka tweeted that she’s looking for interested business partners. It’s possible that she had her tongue firmly in cheek as she set others’ wagging, but there’s one thing she is serious about, and so much so that she put out another tweet to clarify the situation.

“It’s sort of late, but in the pictures I sent, there appears to be a mole on my left breast.”

“The mole is actually on my right breast! It is actually on my right breast!!”

“This is so important I had to say it twice! LOL Here’s how it looks in real life.”

It seems that aside from making the bra herself, Kataoka also snapped the originally tweeted photos by pointing her camera at a mirror, as gurabia are sometimes wont to do. And just in case you feel the need to fact check her claim, there are plenty more pictures of Kataoka to be found on her official Twitter account.

Clever and cute cat keyhole bra is only one-fourth of lingerie set’s feline charms 【Photos】

Unique intimate apparel is sure to have your bedroom partner purring with satisfaction.

Every now and then, we’ll see one of the stories we’ve published here at RocketNews24 have a resurgence in popularity months after it originally appeared on the site. That was the case last weekend for an article originally from last year about Japan’s kitten boob sweater.

But if you’re going to wear such an expressive item of clothing, it only stands to reason that you should pair it with equally distinct lingerie. Thankfully, you can keep the bold feline motif going with the cat keyhole lingerie set.

CL 2

While there’s no locking mechanism on the bra, it does feature a cat-shaped cutaway which creates some cute/sexy synergy.

CL 3

The feline fetishism doesn’t stop there, though. Moving to the bottom half of the set, the waistline of the panties has two peaks evocative of cat ears.

CL 4

CL 5

The cords that tie at the hip also feature tiny little paws…

CL 6

CL 7

…and if you swing your gaze around to the back, you’ll find one more pawprint.

CL 8

Rounding out the three-piece set is the bell-equipped choker, which adds a final playful touch and should also warn any nearby mice of your impending approach.

CL 9

While this sort of intimate apparel design seems like it should be right up Japan’s alley, the cat keyhole bra and panties spear to be Chinese in origin, although with an obvious nod towards Japan’s culture of cuteness. The set can be purchased for US$34 here from Shanghai-based Pocket Tokyo, or here for US$21.24 from AliExpress, a subdivision of Chinese online retailing giant Alibaba.

Japanese crowdfunded brand Parfaite has the bondage lingerie game on lock and all tied up!

Gives the phrase “dress to impress” a whole new meaning…

parfaite (6)

Lacey lingerie is hardly a new invention — it’s been driving people wild for quite some time — so it might seem a little difficult to shake things up. Sure you could use a cat motif or even a “gift-wrapped” motif, but maybe you want more of an edge on your sexy underoos. Maybe something a bit more bondage-y. If so, Parfaite is the brand you’ve been looking for!

▼ “Sorry, what were you saying? I was totally thinking about…math.”

parfaite (2)

The brand is a relatively new entry in the “sexy clothes” market, but they’ve already made a big splash thanks to their crowdfunding campaign, which has doubled its initial goal of 500,000 yen (about US$4,220) since it started on January 23. With 43 more days left in the campaign, we suspect they may well end up tripling or even quadrupling that monetary goal.

▼ Because who doesn’t love lace?

parfaite (3)

So, what exactly is on offer via this campaign? Well, as you might have guessed, there is a lot of bondage-themed lingerie to be had! Sadly, it looks like they’ve already completely sold out of their fancy panties and bras — but there are some other options that may grab your attention. For example, lower tiers can get downloadable photos, a photo collection, or even one of the heart lock garters, of which there are only 13 left at the time of this writing. You can also snag an invitation to their “Lace Limitation” event to be held during this Golden Week, though space is limited.

▼ Adorable!

heartlock

▼ Here’s a better view of the garters without those annoying legs in the way.

parfaite (9)

Developed and produced by Narumi Lain, a cosplayer and model, Parfaite has thus far been described as “fetish & cute,” which is a bit on the nose but also impossible to argue with. It seems that the idea was to create accessories and lingerie that mix bondage and pop…and we have to admit that it works better than we would have expected.

▼ Narumi Lain also modeled for the promotional photos.

parfaite (4)

In addition to the lock and garters mentioned above, which is the “accessory” part of Parfaite’s lineup, they also have “Race Limitation,” which seems to be a misspelling of “Lace Limitation.” (To be fair, “race” and “lace” are both レース/”reesu” in Japanese, so it’s easy to mix up.) The concept here is, as you probably guessed, basically “being bound in lace.” We imagine most English speakers wouldn’t use “limitation” to mean “bound,” but it’s not strictly wrong. And besides, who cares about spelling where there’s so much lace to stare at!

parfaite (5)

As you can see in the photo above, the lingerie comes in three different colors: black, pink, and white. Sadly, if you want to actually buy some, you’ll have to wait a while. Both the Camp Fire crowdfunding page and their web store are sold out.

parfaite (1)

Not only is everything sold out, but there’s also no mention of when they’ll be taking more orders. We suppose it might be a while since everything is apparently hand-made, but we have a feeling Narumi Lian and her brand wouldn’t want to miss a business opportunity like this, so we’d recommend keeping an eye on her Twitter account and the Parfaite website so you’ll know when they are ready to sell more.

parfaite (10)

In the meantime, you can still support the crowdfunding campaign and get Parfaite photos! However, Camp Fire is not accepting overseas backers at this time, so if you really want to get in on this and you’re not in Japan, you’ll have to find a Japanese credit card or get someone to pay at a convenience store for you. And you’ll need a reshipping service too if you’re getting a physical item.

If you still need help with your love life, you can always get some Love Kitsune noodles!

Japanese net users baffled by “business shirt underpants”

123

This item of clothing has Japanese Twitter users wondering if women wearing business shirts are actually showing us their underwear.

The internet is once again being used as a platform to ask and answer the world’s hard-hitting questions, this time pondering: is this business shirt actually underwear?

Bringing the debate under the spotlight is crossdressing male cosplay enthusiast @poco67, who posted the image of this unusual button-up shirt on Twitter, writing: “I’m excited to know that these shirts exist, but aren’t they really underpants? Sure, it looks like you’re wearing a shirt, but aren’t you actually wearing underpants?”

▼ In Japan, this is being sold as the “tunagi” shirt, or “connecting” shirt, as it connects the blouse to the wearer’s underwear.

121

The topic struck a chord with fellow Internet users, with the image being retweeted more than 3,000 times. Fascinated readers didn’t know whether to love or hate the garment, leaving comments like:

“This is erotic”

“This has been invented by the devil”

“This business shirt is definitely underwear”

“I imagine the shirt smells like women’s bloomers”

“Career women who want to look good in trousers will probably really like this”

“Does that mean women have to totally strip off when they go to the bathroom?”

125

Responding to the obvious need for a quick education in the basics of bodysuits, and raining on everyone’s parade in the process, one Twitter user pointed out that this type of outfit snaps together at the waist for ease of use. They also mentioned that this style was once commonplace, particularly in the form of long bodysuits known as “union suits”, even tweeting an excerpt from Wikipedia to prove it.

Another Twitter user who had never seen this type of clothing before was inspired to create an image of Hatsushimo from the video game Kantai Collection wearing the unusual business shirt.

What do you think of the business shirt? Is it gross or sexy; convenient or cumbersome? Maybe it’s time to bring them back?

Now it’s time to bare your bear in the bedroom.

Hot on the heels of the sexy cat lingerie we featured last month comes another predator ready to release its claws in the bedroom. The “Kaizoku Kuma” or “Pirate Bear” lingerie set features five beautiful pieces, all with adorable details designed to steal your partner’s heart and whatever else it might find underneath the sheets.

The top half of the set features a bear with two fangs, sleepy, come-to-bed eyes and dropped shoulder sleeves to resemble ears. The attached suspenders keep it in place while the cropped design lets the wearer round out the bear face with a good display of underboob, bringing out a nice, full pair of cheeks.

The set also includes two furry hair ties and a pair of knee-high stockings with one white and one black leg. To dress up your talons, there’s a pair of black, elbow-length fingerless gloves with an adorable bear-pad design on the palms. The panties included in the set feature a cute bear-shaped keyhole design on the back, where you can show off some eye-catching butt cleavage.

Finding a bear in the bedroom will be a rare experience until the set becomes available in Japan in mid-March for 5,400 yen (US$47.94). Currently, Chinese brand Nonori, the makers of the lingerie, are offering up seven sets for sale via lottery to users who follow their official Twitter account and retweet their “Kaizoku Kuma” notice announcement below before 27 February.

For those who miss out on the pre-sale lottery, the sets will be available from Japanese retailer Sucredoll or the Nonori store at Yahoo Auctions, which will go live from the middle of March.

Lineup to eventually include lingerie sets for all five central cast members, plus nightgowns for the two biggest stars.

With its unflinching look at the physical and psychological trauma that would come with sending minors out to battle against supernatural forces of evil, smash hit anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica has become the most influential entry in the magical girl genre of the past two decades. But as the casts of Sailor Moon and Evangelion have shown, you haven’t really made it big until someone makes lingerie out of your anime characters

Well, it looks like Madoka Magica has made it big

ML 1

Thanks to anime fashion label Super Groupies, the franchise is set to add “women’s underwear” to its media mix, which already includes TV animation, video games, and animated movies. All five of the series’ principle characters will eventually get the undie treatment, but the first round of bra and panty sets represents protagonist Madoka Kaname, quietly obsessive Homura Akemi, and veteran magical girl Mami “we hardly knew ye” Tomoe.

Madoka’s set, in the character’s pink image color, features accents on the chest and shoulder straps reminiscent of her hair ribbons.

In keeping with Homura’s gradual descent into darkness, her set has an almost ominous color scheme.

ML 14

Preorders for the second round of Madoka Magica lingerie, featuring sets inspired by Sayaka Miki and Kyoko Sakura, will open in May.

If you’re looking for a little more coverage than just a bra and panties provide, Super Groupies has also teamed up with anime production company Aniplex to create two Madoka Magica “roomwear dresses,” or nightgowns.

Because the cast of Prison School would just hate for things to get all wet and dirty.

Recently, we’ve seen a couple of anime series get their own lines of officially licensed lingerie. We’ve also seen multiple releases of undersized underwear designed to be slipped over a drink bottle to soak up the condensation from the chilled beverage inside. So perhaps it was inevitable that we’d one day see anime character panties for plastic bottles.

And that day is today.

Novelty goods maker Kitan Club, the company that previously gave Japan sushi cat figurines and futon-style smartphone holders, is teaming up with risque anime and manga franchise Prison School for its new PBP, or Prison School Plastic Bottle Panties and Underwear, collection. But whereas the lingerie lines for fellow anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Evangelion, and Sailor Moon took cues from the image colors of its prominent characters, the Prison Break panties go one step farther by being modeled on the underwear their representative characters are shown wearing within the anime itself.

In addition, one male member of the Prison School gang is getting in on the action: plus-sized Andre, whose extra-large briefs are intended to wrap around a two-liter bottle.

Surprisingly, Andre’s undies aren’t any more expensive than his female classmates’, as each pair of Prison School plastic bottle underpants is priced at 490 yen (US$4.40). The whole line initially goes on sale at the Animega specialty shop in Tokyo’s Odaiba neighborhood, and is expected to make its way to anime retailers elsewhere soon. Pick up all six, and as long as you’re willing to let your cold beverages go commando on Sundays, you’ll be set for the week.

If you like form-fitting, beautifully embroidered Chinese dresses, this could be the perfect treat for you and your partner!

Japanese lingerie retailer Peach John, who has given us such delightful creations in the past as Sailor Moon and Evangelion themed underwear and roomwear, has again come up with a sexy yet cute lingerie set that’s sure to set some hearts racing. It’s the “YM China Bra Set“, and not surprisingly, it’s already causing a stir on Japanese Twitter with its eye-catching, Chinese dress-inspired design.

The set includes a bra and matching bikini panty with a short skirt attached, all in a vibrant red color, and also comes with a lovely embroidered mini vest as well as a black lace fan as a prop to finish the look.

PJ2

PJ3

The bra and skirt/panty are made of tricot fabric that has a shiny look like satin and are both decorated with a gold flower print design.

PJ4

The skirt has two strategically placed slits to make the getup … well, more alluring than it already is, we guess.

PJ5

And here’s what the whole ensemble looks like. Yup, this should definitely make some lucky guys smile in delight!

PJ1

Okay, we won’t deny this is tremendously sexy, but it’s also darn cute in a way that can really appeal to girls as well — so much so that some have even taken to sharing illustrations of their favorite characters wearing the lingerie set on Twitter!

▼ Who better to model Chinese dress-style lingerie than … girl Ranma, of course!

▼ Kagura from Gintama isn’t looking bad at all either in red-hot underwear!

▼ Here’s Samidare from Kantai Collection looking ridiculously cute in the outfit.

▼ And this one shows the divas from Macross looking stunningly sensual in the vivid red!

The lingerie set is available in Japan sizes B65 to D75 (roughly 30A to 34C in American size) for 4,580 yen (US$42.03) from Peach John’s online shop, although unfortunately, they currently ship only to locations in Japan.

So, if you’re looking for a little spice in your life, how about playing dress-up in some hot red lingerie to indulge in a bit of cosplay fun? Call it a hunch, but we have a strong feeling your significant other won’t be complaining after seeing seeing you in this outfit!

Since launching in 2014, Feast, the Japanese lingerie brand specifically designed for women with petite busts, has been steadily growing in popularity. After being flooded with orders as soon as it went into business, Feast has collaborated with character marketing powerhouse Sanrio and even made forays into swimwear.

Now the company is embarking on its latest creative endeavor with Feast Secret, a sub-brand with offerings that are sexier than its ordinary Feast lingerie sets.

In contrast to Feast’s tube top-style bras, Feast Secret’s are held in place with a hook, although the manufacturer boasts that its clasps are designed to be easily opened and closed. The new line does continue the company’s original mission of providing intimate apparel for small-breasted and fashion conscious women.

Initially, four designs will be offered by Feast Secret. In addition to the Black Cat lingerie set picture above, early adopters will also have the options of the White Maria

Each is priced at 6,380 yen (US$60) and ready to help make a compelling argument that bigger isn’t always better.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime lingerie line expands with new Sayaka and Kyoko sets 【Photos】

Second batch of themed intimate apparel rounds off representation of the hit series’ core cast.

Anime TV series Puella Magi Madoka Magica ends on a bit of an ambiguously bittersweet note. The core conflict of the dark magical girl story is only partially resolved, but thanks to the efforts of its heroines, there’s at least a ray of hope for the future.

That description actually parallels what’s happening with the Madoka Magica lingerie line, Earlier this spring, anime fashion company Super Groupies unveiled bra and pantie sets inspired by character’s Madoka, Homura, and Mami, but as of April 17, they’re no longer available. Still, that doesn’t mean you’re completely out of options, and now it’s time for the final two members of the central cast, Sayaka and Kyoko, to get lingerie sets of their own.

Aside from being in the image colors of their respective characters, the designs feature subtle nods to the series for the enjoyment of sharp-eyed fans. The Sayaka set’s bra features a dangling charm in the shape of the fortissimo musical annotation, which matches the barrette she wears throughout the anime.

ML 4

▼ The panties, meanwhile, feature an asymmetrical lace accent.

ML 5

ML 6

ML 7

The Kyoko set bra lacks a charm, but instead has a black ribbon at its center reminiscent of the one the character uses to tie her hair up into its customary ponytail.

ML 8

▼ The panties are also a bit more orthodox than unbalanced Sayaka’s.

Both sets are identically priced at 8,800 yen (US$82) and can be purchased directly from Super Groupies (Sayaka here, Kyoko here) with delivery scheduled for mid-October. Oh, and if you’re ordering, don’t forget your Madoka Magica swimsuit, too.

Lifehacks for perverts: How to make a pretty bow out of some pretty panties 【Video】

Isn’t this the sort of crucial skill we all should have?

Here at RocketNews24, we like a good lifehack as much as the next person. So when P.K. Sanjun, one of our Japanese-language reporters, offered to share his latest bit of mind-blowing wisdom with us, we were all ears.

“Hey guys,” he started, “you know how sometimes you really need a bow or ribbon, but you don’t have one handy?”

We assured him that we’d never found ourselves in this situation, but still, he pressed on.

“Well, to get out of that jam, all you really need is a pair of panties!”

While we racked our brains trying to think of the last time we ever found ourselves short of bows but with an abundance of undies, P.K. grabbed a pair of panties (which he…apparently always keeps within arm’s reach?) and demonstrated this lingerie-based do-it-yourself arts and crafts project.

First, you’ll need to spread the panties out smoothly. Since you’ll require a certain minimum amount of material to work with, regular panties, as opposed to string or T-back versions, tend to work best.

▼ Kneeling respectfully before the panties before starting, as P.K. is doing here, is optional, but recommended.

PR 1

Keeping the center line free of creases, fold the panties back onto themselves like P.K. does in the video.

PR 2

Turn the panties over, and fold them onto themselves once again.

PR 3

PR 4

Keep repeating the process, and the material should start to gather in the center of the panties. Once you’ve got enough, make two final tucks to keep the center portion from coming undone.

PR 5

Taking care not to tug on the center portion and undo all your hard work, gently arrange either end of the bundle to give the corners of the bow a charming, girlish shape.

PR 6

PR 7

“It’s a little tricky at first, but after about a dozen tries, you’ll get the hang of it!” P.K. happily told us. Then, to prove his claim, he quickly whipped up two more lovingly tied pantie bows.

PR 8

PR 9

Having never really thought about the potential existence of panty ribbons, we weren’t sure exactly what to do with them. It turns out, though, that P.K.’s enthusiasm for pantie ribbon wardrobe coordination matches his passion for making the unusual accessories. “You could tie up a ponytail in one, or attach it to the side of your head like a beret. Or, if you want a more masculine look, you could use one like a bowtie!”

▼ According to P.K., the options are limitless, especially if you’re using different pantie prints to match different outfits.

PR 10

▼ By the way, Seiji, seen here modeling the bow tie, is still looking for a girlfriend.

PR 11

Thanks for the lesson and fashion tips, P.K.! And here we thought it was only bras that we could make useful stuff out of.

From Cleopatra to Helen of Troy and Snow White to Little Red Riding Hood, now you can walk around with your favourite female idols under your clothing.

Japanese online retailer Felissimo has been wowing us with adorable feline-related goods from its Nekobu cat department over the years, but they also do a wonderful job with imaginative apparel and lingerie. The company’s Flufeel brand brought out a line of cute cat-themed bra and panty sets last year and now they’re back with two new collections that celebrate famous women from history and fairy tales.

The first collection, called the “Three Beautiful Women of the World“, encapsulates the beauty and power of several well-known female figures.

▼ The Cleopatra set (4,320 yen/US$39.78) has been designed in honour of the last queen of ancient Egypt, and features a rich, deep blue hue with gold details.

1

2

▼ The bra sparkles with a specially designed rhinestone accessory to bring a sense of royal luxury to the undergarment.

8

The “Helen” number (4,320 yen) is designed to make you feel like Helen of Troy, the daughter of Zeus and Leda and the most beautiful woman in the world, at least according to Greek mythology. The set includes tulle and lace details and a light, willowy dress-like chiffon to represent the garment of the fair maiden.

3

4

The Yang Guifei set (4,320 yen) is a homage to one of the Four Beauties of ancient China, who was also the consort of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang. Their love affair was often mentioned in ancient Chinese and Japanese literature, and now you can channel her allure in this purple-hued number, complete with butterfly-wing straps and lacy fan-like details.

5
6

▼ And for extra comfort and a little bit of oomph, all the bras in the collection come with removable padding.

7

If you prefer to step away from the beauties of history and legend and into the land of fairytale, Felissimo’s “Welcome to the Secret World” collection has you covered.

▼ The Little Mermaid set (4,536 yen) takes its styling cues from the marine world, with frilly shorts reminiscent of a tail fin and a seashell-shaped bra designed to capture the spirit of the famous mermaid from the fairytale written by Hans Christian Andersen.

13

▼ The light and pale blue colours represent the foam of the ocean waves from which she came.

14

▼ The Snow White set (4,536 yen) uses a navy blue material with lacy white frills and tiny red ribbons to recreate the famous character from the 18th century German fairytale.

11

12

▼ While the Little Red Riding Hood set uses the signature bold colour worn by the star of the story to conjure up all the mystery and intrigue from the European fairytale.

9

▼ The black, rope-like accents represent the ties on her cape which she uses to keep warm on her journey through the woods.

10

If you’d like to add a dash of female empowerment and fantasy to your undergarments, all these sets are currently available to purchase online from Felissimo.

Japan’s 54-year-old lingerie model is turning heads of multiple generations in new ads 【Video】

They don’t call her the “Eternal Idol” for nothing.

Finding early success as an idol singer in Japan opens up the doors to a wealth of other options in the entertainment industry. If you’re a chart-topping vocalist, it’s only a matter of time until acting, modeling, and TV personality job offers start rolling in.

So it isn’t really all that unusual that the Japanese arm of lingerie maker Triumph International would ask Seiko Matsuda to star in its new ads. After all, she’s been one of Japan’s favorite idols since her debut…which was in 1980.

MS 1

While it’s true that many idol singers start their careers at a very young age, Matsuda didn’t lay down the vocals for her first song when she was in embryo. She released her first single at the age of 18, and is now 54 years old. Not that most people would guess that from looking at her in the promotional stills and video for Triumph’s new Florale sub-brand of intimate apparel.

But Triumph didn’t pick Matsuda just for her enduring popularity and respect from multiple generations of Japanese fans. The Florale line is specifically designed for mature wearers, with the company expressing its goal as complementing the unique beauty and confidence of women with an abundance of rich life experiences.

MS 2

After all, if Japan is open to the idea of bikini models in their 40s, lingerie models in their 50s isn’t such a stretch.

Latest set of cat-themed lingerie will turn your chest into a kitty who’s stunned by your beauty

Nothing promotes confidence and excitement like magical angel cat intimate apparel.

China-based fashion label Nonori has caught our eyes before with its lingerie sets that turn the wearer into a sexy kitty or bear. Now its designers are back with a new creation, and though it may not be as steamy as some of their previous offerings it adds an extra dash of cuteness while still being full of the playful animal touches the brand is becoming known for.

CL 1

In English, it’s officially called the “Confusion Cat Mage” lingerie set, although “Stunning Cat Magician” or “Bewitching Cat” would probably have been more appropriate translations (unfortunately, lingerie manufacturers don’t consult with me during their design phases, much to my deep, deep sorrow). But there’s really not much time to get bogged down in semantics, what with an extensive list of components to the six-piece rayon/Georgette set to run through.

CL 2

To start with, the bra will be drawing plenty of attention, despite being far less revealing than the typical example from Nonori. That’s because the flares at the bottom of the shoulder straps give the impression of a pair of cat ears. The feline theme continues with a pair of googly kitty eyes on the chest, perhaps mirroring the expression of tongue-wagging beholders of the bra.

CL 3

Moving on to the next critical component of a lingerie set, the panties feature an oversized pink paw print on the bottom, which is pretty cute (assuming it’s not the result of a spanking attack by a giant house cat).

CL 4

Also included are a pair of knee-high socks with paw prints on their soles, a lacy collar with a paw print-shaped clasp, a short cape that ties shut in the front using cords with bells attached to them, and a skirt, for those who feel the need for a second below-the-belt layer of intimate apparel.

▼ The back of the cape has seraphic wing cutouts, so really the full regalia transforms you into a triple-threat cat/magical girl/angel.

CL 5

The Confusion Cat Mage lingerie set is priced at 7,980 yen (US$73) and can be ordered here through the Sucredoll online fashion shop, with shipping scheduled to start June 20. While supplies last, purchasers will also receive this promotional hand towel.

CL 6

Oddly enough, the Confusion Cat Mage is billed as being one-size-fits-all. Nonori is promising the stretchy material used means the bra will fit wearers with bust measurements between 68 and 95 centimeters (27 and 37 inches), the panties those with hip measurements between 80 and 94 centimeters, and the skirt those with a waist between 58 and 110 centimeters. And if those claims turn out to be less than accurate, you’ve still got the option of covering yourself up with the towel, I guess.

Although he hasn’t tested it for various bust and hip sizes, Casey assumes his Twitter account is also one-size-fits all.

Japanese lingerie brand brings out line of Sanrio anime bra sets for girls with smaller busts

Beauty is in the tiniest details.

Japanese lingerie brand Feast has been making a name for itself as one of the country’s premier manufacturers catering to ladies with petite “cinderella” busts. Now they’ve teamed up with Sanrio’s popular Little Twin Stars characters for their latest release, which features ribbons, frills, and gorgeous details.

With two colour variations to choose from – purple and mint blue – the fabric is cute and girly, featuring images of stars, moons and clouds, along with the logo of the two twin star characters, Kiki and Lala.

6

The comfortable tube-top style bra helps to compliment a small bustline, with its ruched material working to make breasts appear larger.

5

Born on a star, Kiki and his older sister Lala are two of Sanrio’s most well-known characters. The celestial siblings can be seen travelling to earth on a star in their logo, which sits daintily in the middle of the bra, while the straps feature frill accents and pretty ribbons.

2

The briefs also feature lacy frilled accents and can be worn with the matching bra or with the blue-coloured top as contrasting coordinates.

3

Each set retails for 6,800 yen (US$66.33) and will be sold online from 7 July at the Feast website and associated Kera Shop for delivery within Japan.
